Made By Merry NY Build-a-Crudité Chair Yoga Workshop at Absolute Yoga Studio
Learn to build a gorgeous gourmet crudité while connecting with your breath in this one-of-a-kind Chair Yoga Build-A-Crudité Workshop hosted by Merry of Made By Merry NY, and Leslie of Absolute Yoga! 🪷🌿🧘♀️🌿🪷
The workshop will begin with a brief meditation and chair stretch, calming the mind and the body, allowing for creative energy to flow. Merry will then instruct an in-depth board building lesson, as Leslie guides guests through gentle chair yoga poses that can be practiced anywhere anytime to improve your physical and emotional well-being.
Everyone will have their own personal palm leaf plate to design using an exquisite selection of seasonal organic veggies, hummus, dips and accoutrements. Merry will provide different delightful pita chip building tips. Light refreshments will be served.
After this two hour class, you will leave renewed, refreshed, and rejuvenated, with your own exquisite crudité board, as well as the skills and confidence to create one again, in addition to chair yoga poses you can practice on your own!
