*an in-depth board-building lesson by Merry Masson, where each guest will have their own personal 10” heart shaped board to design using an exquisite selection of local and artisanal cheese, chocolates, fruit, nuts, and cookies, featuring the flavors of the holiday season. Merry will instruct different ways to cut and style both cheese & fruit, and provide different delightful chocolate pairing tips and wine pairing suggestions.
