an in-depth board building lesson where each guest (or pair)* will have their own personal board to design using an exquisite selection of local and artisanal cheese, chocolates, fruit, nuts, and cookies, featuring the flavors of the season. Merry will instruct different ways to cut and style both cheese & fruit, and provide different delicious cracker building tips.
