WORKSHOPS

All workshop sales are non-refundable. However, we will gladly transfer your ticket to another class of equal value, as a one time courtesy, as long as you contact us within 1 week prior to the event via email info@madebymerryny.com. Workshops cancelled 6 days or less to the date are ineligible for a refund or credit. Groups of 3+ canceling 1 week prior to an event may result in a restocking fee. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class due to weather or unexpected circumstances.

Severe Weather: Classes canceled due to severe weather will be rescheduled with the venue. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled class, we offer a store credit for the full ticket value.
