CORPORATE CHARCUTERIE WORKSHOPS


Looking to host a corporate team event?

Let us create an unforgettable build-a-board charcuterie experience for your entire corporate team! Merry Masson will arrive to your office with all food supplies and ingredients, as well as charcuterie boards, cutting boards, and fruit/cheese knives, and personally instruct a two hour in-depth board-building lesson. Every team member will have their own personal palm leaf plate, serving 2 - 4, to design using a seasonal selection of local and artisanal cheese, meat, fruit, nuts, chocolates, honey/jam. They will learn different ways to style cheese and charcuterie, and design fruit flowers. Everyone will get to sample their board’s bounty, as they engage in various food stylizing exercises. We can also customize your workshop experience by including your company logo on cheese and/or chocolate used on the boards as an add-on. Optional refreshments available upon request.*

Tickets for corporate workshops start at $129 per person, for a minimum of 20 attendees, plus travel and set-up fees.
